Why do I not find it hot at all?

This belt combines low-energy 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light. It is designed to deliver non-thermal effects rather than heat, ensuring it is safe, non-invasive and suitable for prolonged wear.

Why isn’t there a vibration setting?

This belt is designed to be used on joints or surrounding soft tissues. Low intensity may be ineffective, whilst high intensity may cause discomfort. In particular, vibration is contraindicated for users with fractures, ligament injuries or others.

Why does it seem to have no effect?

It’s perfectly normal the first time you use it. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the product. To properly assess whether the product is effective, please continue using it for 1–2 weeks before making a judgement.

Why does it smell so strongly when I hold it?
