Is this carrier suitable for a 10 lb dog?

This carrier is designed for pets 7–15 lbs, but fit also depends on body length and sitting height. Please measure before purchase. Pets with longer bodies may feel snug.

Why does my dog slide down inside the sling?

Make sure the waist strap is tightened first, then adjust the shoulder straps to lift the pouch higher on your chest. Ensure the bottom support mat is fully inserted and flat.

Is the bottom board firm?

The removable support mat is flexible for comfort but provides structure when fully positioned. For best stability, ensure the mat is placed flat and evenly inside the pouch.

Is the head opening adjustable, and does it have padding for shoulder comfort?

Yes. The front buckle adjusts the head opening/height (lower for smaller pets, higher for taller pets to reduce neck pressure). Shoulder straps are cushioned, and the waist strap helps distribute weight evenly.

Why does this pet harness have a strange odor right after I open the packaging?
