It supports the weight of your head, reducing strain on neck and shoulder muscles caused by poor posture, travel, or prolonged computer use.

How long is it safe to apply heat or cold therapy?

Apply either for 10–30 minutes at a time. Always allow skin to return to normal temperature between sessions and avoid prolonged use.

Can I use heat or cold therapy on my dog?

Yes. Cold is best within 24–48 hours of injury. Heat is used after swelling subsides for stiffness or chronic pain. Always use a barrier and consult a vet if unsure.
